The NORS Annual Conference aims to be a meeting place for the Norwegian Operations Research community for exchanging ideas and presenting ongoing research. We especially encourage PhD candidates to present their work.
The conference will be hosted at NTNU Trondheim on the occasion of Professor Gilbert Laporte receiving an honorary doctorate from NTNU on 20 November 2020. Gilbert Laporte has kindly agreed to give the closing plenary of the NORS Annual Conference.
The conference hopes to bring researchers, practitioners and students within Operations Research together to discuss industrial challenges, modelling approaches and/or solution methods. The program includes parallel sessions focusing on current problems in the industry, existing applications and ongoing research.
